Jacqueline Dorn

Senior Counsel, Director, Head of Employment Law, Immigration and Privacy, Americas

Jackie primarily manages employment-related disputes and provides advice and counseling regarding compliance with best practices, regulatory employment issues, and people strategy.

Jackie serves as the lead US attorney on immigration and privacy matters. She is a member of the Steering Committee for the NatWest Markets Women’s Network, which strengthens and develops female talent across the organization.

She also is a key member on several of the bank’s US and global ESG working groups and initiatives, founded to further the Natwest Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance goals.

Jackie has significant experience representing and advising employers in financial services. Prior to joining NatWest Markets, Jackie was a senior attorney in the Labor and Employment Department of Proskauer Rose LLP for eight years. She was a founding member of the Proskauer Women’s Alliance.

Jackie has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law B.S., Cornell University. She joined the bank in 2014.
