Securities business in the United States is conducted through NatWest Markets Securities Inc. a FINRA registered broker-dealer, a SIPC member and a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of NatWest Markets Plc.
The NatWest Markets Securities Inc. Board of Directors manages the affairs of NWMSI and is responsible for the long term success of the entity and the delivery of sustainable value to NWG.
Our Board’s role is to provide leadership of NatWest Markets Securities Inc. within a framework of prudent and effective controls, which enables risk to be assessed and managed. Our Board members set the strategic aims of NatWest Markets Securities Inc.; monitor and oversee the embedding of NatWest Markets' culture and values; and ensure compliance with the statutory, regulatory and fiduciary obligations associated with NatWest Markets Securities Inc.'s activities and status as a separate legal entity independently incorporated in the State of Delaware and regulated by FINRA, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other state and regulatory agencies.
